To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
How easy or difficult have you found this task? Is there a way you could rearrange your freezer to make this work better?

Personally, I have found this task to be easy as I live alone and luckily have the room to store reusable items in my freezer.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Do some research on polystyrene and polyvinyl. How many items in your house already contain these toxins?

So many! Pipes, flooring, cable duct, shoes, credit cards, etc.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
What are the hardest scenarios for you to avoid using bottled water? How have you been able to avoid purchasing water in these situations?

The hardest scenarios are at sporting events or concerts where I cannot bring in a reusable water bottle. I try to avoid purchasing water in these situations by drinking water before or drinking something other than a plastic container.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    At Home
What kinds of items have been easy for you to find used? What has been hard?

The things that are easy to find used are clothes, bag, plates, books, etc. The things that are hard to find are apartment decor, frames, and/or shoes.
