    Working for a Non-profit organization that already recycles so much in the way of technology, it is good to learn more about the ways we can help recycle and keep items out of landfills.

    Yes, it has a bit, taking advantage of my apartments recycling program allows me to separate most recyclables from the trash.

    Do some research on polystyrene and polyvinyl. How many items in your house already contain these toxins?

    there are a couple of things to watch out for and can usually be replaced by non-toxin versions of those household items, I use method brand whenever I can which does not have tose, I also have glass refillable soap pumps and containers, so I am not promoting plastic usage.

    For water and other drinks I use a stainless steel water bottle that can be replenished!

    They tend to be much healthier for you, as well as less plastic packaging, plus homemade usually tastes better!
