Pick one room in your house and determine at least one thing you can switch out in that room from plastic based to plastic free. Report your work in daily reflections.
I will provide daily plastic-free alternatives (straws, water bottles, cutlery, bar soap, bamboo toothbrushes, etc.) for my family to use.
I will reuse items for back to school or shop secondhand before buying new.
I will cut down the miles I drive to reduce microplastic shedding from tires. Alternatives include riding public transit, walking, biking, carpooling and combining trips.
If traveling, I will reuse my old travel tubes to refill with my soaps or only bring bar soaps with me
