Hang drying clothes during cold winter months can be challenging, but there's different ways I do it successfully. I usually hang clothes inside near a heater, vent, or in a room with good airflow. It may take longer to dry compared to a drying machines but it helps save energy and reduce plastic and chemical use from dryer sheets.
