    good. I don't put any food in plastic. my family doesn't use polyester fabric in the home. most of our fabric is cotton or wool.

    I use all glass/stainless steel cookware.

    last year I planted a fruit garden which should supply a year's supply of fruit. what I don't eat fresh I will freeze.
