    I watched "The Plastic Problem" presented by PBS. I couldn't believe that only 9% of the world's plastic is recycled (data from 5 years ago, however). Looking at the issue on such a macro level is daunting and overwhelming, but it does encourage me to stay vigilant in making small changes in my own life.
