  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    On-the-go
How difficult was this action for you? What made it easy or difficult?

It wasn't as difficult as I expected. The only thing is bringing groceries inside took longer than expected, therefore I will remember to bring reusable bags to make it easier for myself.

I agree, I think using reusable bags in general are better for the environment anyways and using different material bags can help with that.

Great job on getting rid of your disposable cup habit! How does it make you feel? Are there any situations where you still struggle to use a reusable mug?

I feel great knowing I'm doing something good. I wouldn't say struggle, but I did almost forget my mug!

I also did this recently and it wasn't as much of a struggle as I thought it was.

How difficult (or easy!) has it been for you to cut dryer sheets from your laundry routine?

The first time cutting that was hard since it was such a habit, but now it's like a skip an extra step and finish quicker in a way.

It was also hard for me right away to cut dryer sheets, however I got used to it and actually prefer it without dryer sheets.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    On-the-go
What are some of the unexpected benefits of bringing your own lunch?

    Adriana Torres's avatar
    Adriana Torres 2/02/2026 10:55 AM
I was able to enjoy my lunch and didn't feel rushed to eat it because I had plenty of time.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    On-the-go
Can you think of any scenarios where using your own bottle is harder? How can you make sure not to get a disposable bottle in that case?

Honestly it's hard when you forget your water bottle at home and you're on the go and get thirsty. Your instinct is to purchase a plastic water bottle. I do think having an extra water bottle in your car is key for situations like that.

This morning I remembered while doing my laundry not to use drying sheets. It felt weird just because I'm so used to using them but it felt good doing something good!

Today I used my reusable water bottle throughout the day, and it felt really good! no more plastic water bottles.

Me too! It feels way better to cut down on the plastics, and the water stays colder for longer as well!

Today I decided to use my own personal mug instead of a plastic one.
