I will avoid 4 plastic bags each shopping trip by not bagging my produce or using reusable produce bags.

I will ditch zippered plastic bags and/or plastic wrap and switch to reusable containers or wrap for food storage.

I will replace 4 plastic toothbrushes in my household with recycled plastic, wood or bamboo toothbrushes.

I will replace my synthetic loofah with a natural loofah or wash cloth.

I will replace my [item] with a reusable [item] in the bathroom (disposable cups, makeup wipes and soap dispensers, etc.).

I will switch to plastic-free floss in a reusable container.

Wipes don't break down in sewer systems, but create massive clogs. I will find alternatives to using disposable wipes. 

I will use a reusable bottle and stop purchasing bottled water, saving 1 disposable plastic bottle(s) a day.

I will buy secondhand goods to reduce the demand for new plastic products and avoid packaging.
