    plastic is horrible for you, and exposes you to many endocrine disruptors. I was happy to switch to wood toothbrushes, which are made from all-natural materials and won't expose me or my family to microplastics every time we brush our teeth

    I sewed old holey t-shirts into two layer cleaning rags! From 8 shirts I was able to make 28 cleaning rags. For cleaning solution, I use the all-purpose cleaner from Zum/Indigo Wild. It smells much better than clorox wipes, is all-natural and comes in 100% biodegradable or recyclable packaging.

    I think these products are made of plastic because it's cheap for the multi-billion dollar corporations selling us our food

    I have started using laundry detergent sheets from Earth Breeze. I have also started using wool balls in the dryer. I am going to work on making my own dryer sheets with old clothing to reuse those as well.

    Most of the single-use plastic in our kitchen is from produce bags because we currently do grocery pickup instead of going into the store. The main other one is tofu packages. We're planning to start grocery shopping in person so that we can not only choose our own produce but we can control how many plastic bags are going into our cart.
