    I worked hard and was much more conscientious of the plastics in the world. Very informative It really makes me think about how much each of us can do to recycle. Very rewarding challenge

    I've become more aware of all the plastic we have in everyday items. As my awareness grew, I realized that I could change my use of plastic. I'm only one person but that is one less.

    There are two DVDs documentary that you might want to check out, i.e., Science Kids: Plastic & Chemical Pollution - Oceans & Sea Life in Peril and Plastic Earth. Watch it and then have a great discussion about it.

    it felt good to be able to reduce hazardous waste for the month. My goal is to continue to do this going forward.

    There are many PBS Newshour documentaries regarding the plastic problems you might want to check them out on YouTube. It really helps me to better understand the greatest threats to our environment and health, and the small changes or steps we can all take to eliminate plastic waste from our life.

    You might find this book, "Can I Recycle This?" by Jennie Romer interesting, informative and educational to better understand recycling and how to reduce single-use plastics.

    As a suggestion, "This Book Is Not Garbage," by Isabel Thomas is a good read for you, your family, and/or friends. It has cute illustrations by Alex Paterson about 50 ways to ditch plastic, reduce trash, and save the world!
