February 28 at 11:14 AMThis has been a great challenge to learn about new methods to reduce my plastic consumption. I am eliminating plastic like tupperware for storing food, getting rid of non-stick cookware to eliminate BPA consumption and talking to my friends about how they can reduce their plastic use. It's made a difference!!! Keep the learning going.

February 28 at 11:08 AMI have a small box with knife, fork, spoon, chopsticks and a cloth napkin that I bring with me daily. IT's easy to keep in my lunch bag and use daily to eat at work.

February 27 at 12:25 PMI ran out of plastic wrap yesterday and instead of picking up more at the store, I bought a roll of reusable beeswax wrap and a small Stasher bag to replace the small bags I have been using to bring my snack mix to work in each day.
